Case Administrator/Secretary FTC - Southampton
This large leading Hampshire law firm are looking for a Case Administrator/Secretary on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months at their Southampton office. You will give admin and secretarial support to a team of case investigators. You will need to have experience in MS Outlook, Word, case management and account management systems and specific training will be given on the systems. The role entails opening new files, updating data on case management proactively, data inputting into Excel, collating Bundles, file management, secretarial support including typing letters and emails and preparing witness statements. You will also liaise with clients and witnesses and other colleagues. This is a secretarial/admin role where you will need to work autonomously, using initiative and being proactive with a degree of flexibility and adaptability as there are likely to be ad hoc tasks within the team.
