Team Assistant/Secretary - Tax and Trusts - Hampshire
This leading Hampshire law firm are looking for a Team Assistant (Legal Secretary) in their Tax and Trusts team at Lymington to provide a high level of admin and support to the fee earners. The role will involve minimum typing as you will manage the workflow from the Document Production Team. Duties include liaising with clients on the phone and in person, diary management, file management, dealing with correspondence, keeping databases up to date, assisting fee earners with billing and credit control and marketing activities. You will have minimum typing speed of 60 wpm and Microsoft Office experience as well as case management and legal research tools. You should have an excellent telephone manner, be organised with attention to detail, be flexible and dependable and enjoy taking the initiative. You willl have a positive approach and be solutions focused and be conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team. The firm offer excellent working environment with a good salary and benefits package.
