Solicitor - Court of Protection - Hampshire

This leading Hampshire law firm are looking for a Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to work in their Court of Protection team dealing with all matters relating to Court of Protection, EPAs, LPAs and assisting with more complex applications to the Court of Protection.    The role is based in Lymington and will include support work on complicated Deputyships, advising clients on Wills, visiting clients, liaising with case and care managers, welfare benefits for clients, NHS continuing Healthcare and managing individual's affairs.    You will prepare financial reports and have an appreciation of tax law for individuals, trusts and estates.  You will also assist the team leader with business development and marketing of the department and firm.   This is a fabulous role for someone wanting to specialise in this area of law and the firm offer a modern, friendly working environment and excellent salary and benefits package.
