One of the UKs largest law firms based in the South West are looking for a Paralegal to join their Commercial Property and Agricultural Property Unit as part of their Real Estate Team at their Exeter office.     The role will entail assisting with sales and purchases of commercial and rural properties and development sites.   You will draft and negotiate commercial Leases, licences and other property documentation as well as assisting with plot sales work for developers.   You will support lawyers and other team members with file administration, business development and marketing activities.  Ideally you will hold a law degree or similar and experience in the above.  You should have excellent communication, research and analytical skills, be well organised and able to work in a fast paced environment to deadlines.   You should be commercially aware, highly flexible and client focussed and a committment to personal development and desire to progress.    The firm offer a modern, vibrant office environment with an excellent salary and an unrivalled benefits package.
