This large South West law firm are one of the biggest firm's outside of London and they are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to work at their Bristol office and compliment their existing team that are ranked No. 1 by Chambers as as a first tier firm in the Legal 500.    You should be a general commercial lawyer with a technology/IP bias.   You will have proven technical knowledge of a broad range of commercial law including general commercial contracts, Information and communications technology, supply and distribution, services agreements, fixed and wireless telecommunications contracts, outsourcing, IP, regulatory environment, data protection and procurement.   Experience of public private sector clients would be an advantage.   You should have the ability to collaborate and work with other colleagues internally in the wider team and across all areas and the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.   The firm offer an excellent working environment and excellent salary and benefits package with strong career progression.
