Commercial Associate - Southampton

This large leading national law firm are looking for a senior commercial IT lawyer with at least 5 years PQE to join their team in Southampton.   The role entails a full range of Commercial work (excluding M&As) and you should have experience of larger projects such as outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts, complex commercial projects and Board level strategic advisory work.   You will lead significant transactions for major Corporates and supervise junior team members.  You will also take a lead role in marketing activities and managing client relationships.  Experience from a major National or London firm is preferred and a following will be an advantage.
