This law firm are one of the largest law firms in the UK outside London and they are looking for a Banking Lawyer to join their Corporate and Commercial Team at their Bristol office.   This is a new role for this growing team who are trusted advisers to a range of high profile national and regional clients.   You should have a broad experience in Banking law to include some acquisition finance for MBO/MBIs, acting for Lenders and Borrowers, corporate banking including revolving credit, term and working capital, asset finance, security and priority issues, Bilateral and syndicated financing structures and working with offshore entities and cross border security structures.   You will have proven experience of running your own transactions with a focus on quality and a track record of delivering to targets.   You will have the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and previous experiernce of developing and growing new business.   The firm offer unrivalled first class working facilities and an excellent salary package and career progression.
