Secretary/Office Administrator - Real Estate - Taunton

This large leading South West law firm are looking a secretary/administrator to support the Real Estate Unit's property transactions at their Taunton office.   The role entails opening files, sending out contract packs, amending and collating letters, file management to Lexcel and anti Money laundering procedures, taking client telephone enquiries and assisting lawyers with monthly billing.  You should have excellent communication skills, have attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.  You will be IT literate using MS Office and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.  The firm offer excellent salary and benefits package.
