Completions Assistant - Southampton

This leading Hampshire law firm are looking for a Completions Assistant to join their conveyancing team in Southampton.    You will need to have previous experience as a conveyancing legal secretary or assistant and conveyancing procedures.   The role will entail handling residential property cases from exchange to finish working to deadlines and dealing with all enquiries post exchange.  You should be able to complete SDLT and Land Registry forms, prepare contract papers and contract packs,  complete Transfers, searches and completion statements.   You should have a good telephone manner and excellent client handling and be able to cope under pressure.  As well as great organisational skills you should be flexible to assist others and have attention to detail and a thoroughness of approach.  The firm offer a modern, vibrant working environment with good career progression.
