Legal Secretary - Conveyancing - Exeter
This leading South West law firm are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy conveyancing team in their private client department at their Exeter office. You must have previous conveyancing experience and you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team. You will need to have strong secretarial skills including telephone and typing skills, manage fee earner's Outlook, checking emails and sorting team's post and using initiative to acknowledge letters and emails. You should have a positive and proactive approach to your work and the felxibility to cover other secretaries' work when required. You will proactively manage the fee earner's action lis and manage a file's Lexcel compliance. Your typing speed must be over 65 wpm and you will be competent in using Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
