Commercial Property Solicitor - Bristol

Busy Bristol City Centre Legal 500 practice seeks Commercial Property Associate (10  years + PQE) to join their Real Estate team in a senior role.

 

Responsibilities include managing a busy caseload, supervision of junior members in the team, heavy participation in marketing events to promote the commercial property team in the industry and building the commercial property practice going forward. Clients include institutional and private investors, tenants and landlords in retail, leisure and commercial/ financial arenas. The successful candidate will have had extensive, wide-ranging experience in a leading commercial firm, excellent academics and will be required to work autonomously and will have a practical, commercial approach with plenty of drive.

 

This is a full time role based in Bristol. Salary will depend on experience.
