Paralegal - Consumer Credit claims - Birmingham

This large national law firm currently have a paralegal vacancy in their consumer credit team based in Birmingham.   The job will entail liaising with new clients and taking instructions, send out initial packs and chasing their return and preparing client engagement documentation.  You will deal with routine claims using a case management system, interview clients and witnesses and draft statements.  You should be able to work on your own initiative within a team, be organised with good research skills, have experience in a similar role and it would be desirable to have knowledge of the rules applying to consumer credit loans and contracts.
