WORKING TIME REGULATIONS
Some of your rights under the Working Time Regulations are outlined below. For a more detailed overview, please speak with your consultant.
A maximum of 48 hours per week including overtime, unless you agree in writing to work longer hours.  A rest break of at least 20 minutes after working six consecutive hours.  A minimum rest period of one day per seven day period.  Special conditions relate to those classed as night workers.
