SOLE / PREFERED AGENCY RATES
As an independent company we realise the importance of the financial constraints for both SMEs and Corporate clients and we endeavour to be flexible in our approach to this. We have a standard % rate as per our terms of business but have the flexibility to offer you better rates on either a sole or preferred agency status. As your sole agency you will enter into an agreement with us to let TORS handle your vacancy as your only supplier. This entails instructing TORS for a reasonable set period of time to fill the vacancy and for this you will receive a very preferential rate. As a preferred supplier, again you will enter into an agreement with us to let TORS handle your vacancy along with a small select number of other specialists. The discounted rate will depend on how many other agencies you will be using and whether you agree any lead time for TORS.
