ADVERTISING / INTERVIEWING
If we do not have the right candidate on our current register, we will carry out advertising on your behalf of all your vacancies (usually free of charge) in Industry Publications and specific legal online job boards as well as on our own web site which is optimised for candidate searches. Your Consultant will shortlist relevant candidates for you and carry out either a face to face or a telephone interview with each candidate as well as collating and substantiating information about them. TORS Ltd. do not just collect and pass on their CV. Your Consultant will seek to obtain references for candidates at an early stage and check their ID and educational certificates where relevant. Support staff are tested for their typing, computer and spelling skills. If you prefer to use your own particular test or questions we will utilise these as part of our registration process on your behalf. All candidates are checked for their legal compliance in relation to work permits and VISA requirements.
