Q. Will it cost me anything to register with you?
A. No, there are no charges for anyone looking for work with TORS.

Q. Why do I need to Register with you?
A. By registering with us your details will be saved in our database which ensures you will be considered for current and future vacancies. Just sending your CV does not count as registration and you will still need to complete a short registration form.

Q. Do I have to attend an interview with you?
A. We have simplified this part of registration so that your dedicated consultant will be able to run through your career history with you on the telephone. This can be done outside of work hours, by appointment, for your convenience. It will also give you chance to get to know your consultant and for them to fully understand your requirements.

Q. What do I do if I don’t have a CV prepared?
A. You should click on register with us and fill out the long registration form. TORS will then prepare a CV on your behalf to send to prospective employers. Alternatively you could use our template CV.

Q. How do I know my application will be confidential as I don’t want my current employer knowing I am looking for work?
A. Your dedicated consultant is used to being discreet and confidential. They will work with you to your exact requirements in sending out your details to firms. If required, your CV will only be sent out with a unique reference instead of your personal details and will not have your current firm’s details anywhere.

Q. Do you need a reference from my current employer?
A. We will only contact your present employer with your permission. Once you have had an offer for another position which you have accepted we will then request a reference from your last 2 employers if not already done so.
